Return Process

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and further instructions.
- Ship the Item Back
- Carefully package the item and include all original contents.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
- Inspection & Refund
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. If the return meets our policy criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Items returned without prior approval.
- Items that are not in their original condition or missing parts.
- Packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
- Returns initiated beyond the 30-day window.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at service@wrapjoyful.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging for a quicker resolution. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
- We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers must arrange their return shipping.
Exchanges
